It's just a nice hotel. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic!

We had a great time, and would welcome another stay here with welcome arms in the future.

They could not locate my car and they were not apologetic about it at all. They were simply rude and for the price I would most definitely expect much better service. Therefore I shall not be back!

I arrived at this hotel with a group of 25, but due to another group not checking out on-time, there were only seven rooms available. After about an hour, we finally had everyone in a room or shuttle to a nearby hotel. The manager wrote us a note of apology and I couldn't have asked for better service throughout our week in town. The staff definitely took what could have been an awful week and made it very positive.

The hotel was incredibly close to the theatre we were performing at, but on a whole, there was not much to do in Des Moines.

An added bonus was the free happy hour hosted downstairs. I was never able to attend due to my work schedule, but members in my group definitely appreciated it.

The location was good. It was right downtown and near attractions.

I liked the beds and the pullout couch. I was traveling with a swim team and it was very comfortable to fit a group of guys in a single room. The refrigerator was excellent and I liked the fact that we could hook up a video game system to the TV.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: We had plenty of pillows so the beds felt amazing. The waterfall in the middle of the hotel also helped me feel relaxed.

I like the layout of their hotels. The rooms are great for a family as you can sleep at least two adults and four kids. The pool was prefect for the kids. The breakfasts are more than adequate. I do appreciate the free parking.

It is clean, elegant, modern, and comfortable. The staff is great!

The hotel is fantastic. I have actually stayed there twice in the last three months. It's close to everything, centrally located, and a great value.

I was not thrilled with the bathroom; the tub and the curtain were both slightly dirty and additionally the curtain smelled sour. However, the rest of the room was fantastic, very clean, and had a gorgeous view. It was in a great neighborhood and very conveniently located.

This hotel made me feel content: Since I was there for quite a few days, with a decent amount of down time, I was happy to have a hotel room that wasn't the size of a shoebox. It was kind of like being in an apartment, and that was important to my state of mind, comfort and ease while traveling.

The extras they provided were excellent, such as transportation, daily cocktails, and a wonderful breakfast. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was within walking distance to other attractions.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They provided a great breakfast spread. Their nightly cocktails were a delight and the service for the most part was excellent.

The hotel is well and centrally located. It offers good service and amenities for a family weekend away.

I was quite pleased with Embassy Suites and hope they are all as nice as this one. I will certainly stay at Embassy Suites again.
