I could not find a room with in-room internet service.
This hotel made me feel pampered: They helped us changed the room.
The pool area and happy hour were quite noisy and horrible. The room was fine.
We loved our stay. The hotel offers snacks in the evening. For the mornings, at least on the weekend, the hotel offers a breakfast, with eggs to order.
This hotel made me feel entertained: They had someone playing the piano in the evening.
They were very nice accommodations, it was great.
It's a nice hotel for families. The in house restaurant, downstairs, had poor service. The food quality was good, though. I loved the warm indoor pool.
This is a great hotel. My business uses it every January for our annual meeting. The hotel is close to all the sights and golf clubs.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everything I needed was at the hotel. They have a great cocktail hour with snacks and free drinks for guests.
The stay was a fun experience for me and my kids. The employees were very helpful with any questions that we had.
It's a lovely hotel, with great views, location and staff. The food and service are good. The rooms are beautifully appointed. My only suggestion from this past stay is that the bath shower curtain needed to be laundered since it smelled 'sour.'
It is a great place to stay. We love the happy hour and the free breakfast.
We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts as all of the relatives could eat together and there was no time limit. Our family was there for a wedding and it was a wonderful place for adults and children.
This hotel made me feel content: It was roomy and safe. It was a great place for our family.
The rooms were well-appointed and clean. The hotel amenities were very good and family-friendly. The restaurant was okay. It gave good service but the food could have been better quality.
This hotel made me feel entertained: The hotel had good cable stations in the room and lots of pay per-view movies. There was also a big screen TV in the lobby to watch and a pool table in the game room.
Overall, I think I got my money's worth staying at Embassy Suites. The service was good and I really have no complaints about anything during my stay at that hotel.
The elevator was too slow. Security staff should had controlled the unruly children who roamed free around the hotel.
I like this hotel very much mostly because it has 17 floors. The service was excellent and the banquet room was very well organized for our Christmas party.
This hotel is a great deal for families.
I love having two rooms with two TV's for the same price as one elsewhere.
They need to inform the guests if they have events. On the night we stayed at Embassy Suites on Monterey Bay, there was a wedding and the party went past 2 AM, and we did not get any sleep.
My experience with Embassy Suites was good. Why I will not recommend them to a friend or stay with them personally in the future is that they practice price gouging. In Monterey, July 9 - 11, the Moto GP is at the Laguna Seca Raceways. I reserved a room back in August of 24. Less than two weeks ago, I received a call from Embassy Suites informing me that I had lost my reservation due to overbooking. I would have been more understanding had I been notified months prior so I could make alternate arrangements - but I was only called two weeks before. Embassy Suites has not been able to satisfy my question as to how they are going about selecting who to keep a room for and who to cancel. The Monterey County DA is now investigating. I will never stay at another Embassy Suites, or Hilton Hospitality Group location ever again.
