The hotel had a very friendly staff and clean bathrooms. The beds were uncomfortable though, as were the sheets.

The hotel was chosen by people running the meeting. I had no say in picking it. Generally there was nothing too bad or too good to say. The bathrooms could have been cleaner - I used several.

I was very disappointed that myself and several other 'corporate account' clients were not able to check in early. It appeared that the front desk clerk was either unwilling or untrained to ask for guidance from management.
