Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation - Page 1

I stayed at the Brighton Towers in a three bedroom condo. It was the "featured condo" on kingstonvacation.com. What a great unit, it had new carpeting, the decorating was amazing and the views could not be beat. The resort itself was great as well. It did take a while to check in because the room was not cleaned yet, but we were able to use the indoor pool at the health club while we waited. I've already reserved to come back in the summer. I can't wait to hang out in the lazy river.

I was most disappointed in the cleaning service or lack of. The bathroom was not cleaned, just replaced with different towels. I placed a towel on the shower floor and the maid did not clean the shower. There was grime still left on the faucet in the bathroom. The coffee pot that I used once was not cleaned and the old coffee was left in the pot for two days. Over all, I was very disappointed. I stayed at this hotel on last year during the same time for a law enforcement conference and I had a room from hell. At that time the sewer backed up from one toliet to the other and the smell was awful. I assumed after the renovations that went on last year the facilities would be better but it was not. I am going to ask my agecny not book at this place again.

It was very nice, we loved it and the workout facilities were wonderful. The suite was great. I highly recommend it.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The young lady who cleaned our room made sure we were comfortable. She did a great job.
