The room was comfortable and the bed was too. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices.

The hotel is perhaps the best DC hotel for the price and it was located closest to my work. The only issue was the hotel sometimes played price games with me and other corporate employees, quoting one price and then billing another and refusing to change. That wasn't a specific person issue as much as a hotel policy issue. Otherwise, the service was outstanding; the managers and front desk people often went out of their way to help out and make the stay comfortable.

It was chosen by the people putting on the event we attended. It was entirely adequate, but wouldn't call it 'luxury. ' nice, tho, and very well located at a moderate price which was perfect for the event.
