This hotel made me feel extravagent: They gave us a recently renovated room. They also suggested we stay on a lower floor as there was numerous children's slumber parties in the upper floors.

The experience that we had was not what I had expected. For what we paid for the stay, I expected them to deal with problems that needed taking care of. When my wallet was taken out of my room, the lady at the front desk had the attitude of 'oh well.'
