The hotel is in a great location, close to the BART, and in a nice area. It has a complementary breakfast buffet which has pretty good food. Some of the rooms are right next to the BART track, which can wake you up at night.

They have clean, well-equipped rooms and a clean hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I did not like the fact that a parking fee was automatically added to our bill in spite of the fact that we did not use their facility.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a no frills room and service in a pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel is conveniently located close to BART, which can be accessed from either Oakland or the SFO airports. The area is very quiet, clean, and peaceful. The hotel is up to the expected standards for all Embassy Suites, including the breakfast and managers receptions.

I really enjoyed the value and ambiance of this hotel. The room service food was excellent, even when re-heated in the in-room microwave. When booking online it’s a great deal! I would definitely do it again.

The location was very convenient and the room was as expected. I do not recommend eating at the restaurant because the prices are too high and the service is nonexistent. Expect to pay for parking per car and per day. The pool and the hot tub were nice. The gym was great and it even had a refrigerator with drinks in it for patrons. All in all, I probably would not stay there again because of the confusion when we arrived and the lack of customer service at the front desk and in the restaurant.

The rooms are spacious and everyone loves their breakfast and cocktails. The kids enjoyed their stay too.

The room was adequate and the location was convenient. The parking was difficult and expensive.

Overall, our stay was good. I did have a problem with an overflowing toilet and had to move rooms at midnight. It took the staff some time to come up with another room and I had to suggest this solution.

We loved everything about the hotel except for the restaurant. The service was slow and inadequate. The management was quick to respond to our complaint.

The service was not that fast. Twice I called for more towels and they forgot me both times, even after they promised me the second time they would come.

The rooms were very outdated - bad lighting, peeling wallpaper, etc. I often had to call the front desk 3-4 times and let it ring for up to five minutes before anyone answered. The hotel bellman was excellent, but the rest of the staff, and the hotel itself, fell far below expectations, and I will never hold a meeting there again, or stay there again.

I stay at this Embassy Suites every time I travel to this location. It is convenient to the office and public transportation.

The hotel is located near the soccer fields. The staff is friendly and allows team parties in the evening using the breakfast area. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It's a beautiful hotel, with great customer service and a convenient location.

It was a comfortable, convenient place to stay. One light was unplugged when we checked in, and the instructions for using the TV/cable weren't clear. Otherwise, it was excellent.

I was pleased with the hotel's location, breakfast and price.
