The hotel was located near tourist activities. The free shuttle to the theme park was nice. The room was comfortable.

We needed a hotel room at the last minute. Embassy Suites was convenient, the price was right, the front desk clerk was wonderful, and the room was clean. We slept and we showered and we left! There was an IHOP nearby, and that was a bonus.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We didn't check in until after midnight, and still the front desk clerk was chipper and friendly. She was also very efficient and professional. Not what we expected so late at night.

The stay was ok. The ceiling in the room was peeling onto the bed and they did not fix. I could not understand the maintenance people or them, us, as they could hardly speak English. That was frustrating!

This was a great hotel. We were there for a soccer tournament and they were very accommodating. The room had a problem in the bathroom, but they came up immediately to fix it. The breakfasts were included and sufficient. They had a free happy hour, too. It was also very convenient to the soccer fields.

The hotel was located too far from the airport for a business conference. The overall facility is clean and comfortable, though. And it is conveniently located to several tourist attractions.

We only stayed one night while visiting Busch Gardens. Everything was fine, but my husband and children were disappointed with the quality of the food in the restaurant. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and roomy.

The room was comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom. The hotel has all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with a wide variety of good quality food. It's near Busch Gardens and there is also a shuttle available.

The Embassy Suites Hotel was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting the hotel to be as flashy as it was.

The buffet breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning when I got up. Just thinking about it makes ne hungry.

If you have any requests for help, don't be afraid to ask the friendly hotel staff. They'll be more than happpy to help you.

The front desk team was very good. But the restaurant needed more persons on duty to handle groups.

I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and have mini fridge and a microwave in them. It has the best hot breakfast bar of any hotel that I have ever been in! The hotel staff is extremely friendly.

Rooms not clean enough - especially carpet. There were too many business people and military. I had chosen Embassy Suites after a very good experience in Napa Valley in 2002. I will return to Embassy Suites in general but never ever to Tampa.

The hotel gave excellent service and all staff were extremely helpful. But I did find the staff did not clean to the standards that I am used to.

It's a really nice hotel. The suite was pretty roomy with a small kitchen. However, we expected to have a small refrigerator, not merely a mini-bar.
