I have stayed at too many Embassy Suites to count and by far this is the worse one. The staff is rude and the General Mananger is as rude. They do not know what customer service is. My room was dirty, the sheets were dirty and had to be changed at...

Housekeeping could have been more attentive to the quality of service they provided. On more than one day they failed to clean my room adequately. The trash was not emptied, the carpet was not vacuumed and the beds were not made neatly. I found it quite disconcerting to remain there during my stay. I will not be staying there on my next trip to the area.
I am not likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Tulsa - I-44.

OK, so I don't sound unreasonable, I will say the staff was friendly. That's the good news. The bad news is the hotel is falling apart! The bed was shaped like a bananna so we kept trying to stay out of the center but couldnt. Woke up with bad neck and back aches. Our drawers wouldn't open. the door stop was laying in the middle of the bathroom floor. a thick layer of dust on the night stand bottom shelf. Not enough pillows. Oh, and the deal breaker......sewer smell coming in the room from the vents!
