This hotel made me feel sophisticated: I usually don't stay at a hotel that nice when I’m on a business trip.

All in all, we were pleased with our stay. But the beds were very uncomfortable, and that was disappointing and surprising. Hotel chains should take a clue from Westin and have comfortable beds. It makes a huge difference.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were really impressed with the appearance, on the inside, of this hotel. We also liked the extras. The complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast was excellent. The complimentary cocktails, however, were horrible.

This hotel made me feel important: They spoke to me by name, acted pleased that we were staying there, as if they were expecting us.

The Embassy Suites was very loud and children were running and screaming nearly all night long. The kids were mostly unattended by parents.

Embassy Suites always provides a quality experience that is worth the extra money. We have always found them to have excellent staff, a good breakfast and manager's reception. It is value personified.

This hotel made me feel secure: The hotel staff walked around the hotel at night to make sure that things were safe.

They need to keep the rooms in ‘like new’ repair regardless of age. Prices are not lowered, so quality also shouldn't with age.
