55 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I have stayed there several times on weekends. This time there were kids running up and down the halls at all hours and the kids were wild in pool area with no adult supervision and during the hours reserved for adults. The staff said it was like this every weekend. The room heating did not function in the front room area and the water in the shower would barely get warm. The maintenance man said the heating unit and the water heaters were old and they would not do any better. I will not stay at this property anymore.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Tulsa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a super fast check in with no wait at the desk. The room was clean, with plenty of drinking glasses. My husband was a bit disappointed with the brands available at the free manager's reception. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was easily managed. We loved the real two room suite setup that allowed the kids to be on the other side of the door but still have access to the bathroom. We forgot our toothbrushes and they were replaced instantly and with a smile at the front desk. We were able to park near the front door and we never had a long wait for the elevator when taking our stuff to our rooms. The Embassy Suites hotel costs a little more than other hotels, but it is worth it to us to have the separate rooms. It is also nice to have the free breakfast where the kids can choose what they want and it does not matter if they do not eat everything. I was able to get a fresh omelet really quickly for breakfast and everything seemed to be well stocked.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The employee who checked us in made sure we knew that there were fifteen minutes left for the manager's reception in case we wanted to get a drink. Throughout our stay the people at the front desk were smiling and pleasant even though it was the weekend before Christmas and I imagine they might have preferred being at home.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Tulsa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

member icon No hot water for 2 days in a row!

We stayed 3 days 2-21-07 to 2-24-07. The breakfast was so-so, waffles were not the Belgium mix, it tasted like pancake batter, the bacon was not thoroughly cooked, and the 2 % milk tasted spoiled.

Then, no hot water for shower or bath unless you ran the water for 15-20 minutes (this was told to us by the front staff!) The lights beside the bed were unplugged and when we went to plug them in the outlet (behind the bed) had no cover and one of the outlets on the plug were broken!

I don't know if this Embassy Suites is a corporate owned hotel or not, but we're not pleased with the place.

The living area was cool, but the bedroom was hot. The breakfast had not much variety. The managers night was very skimpy. There were many unattended children everywhere, running around and screaming.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Tulsa.
I might recommend it to friends.

They have an excellent restaurant. The staff was courteous and helpful except for the check in personnel. It took him over thirty minutes because he did not know how to work the computer or how to charge my credit card.

The hotel was in a good location. It had a very comfortable atmosphere and pleasing service. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. The price is a lot higher than I normally would even consider, but the cost was split.

It was in a convenient location off the highway. The breakfast in the morning tasted great! The hotel is lovely inside, and I really liked the pool, hot-tub and sauna!

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The atmosphere was so calming and serene. I felt comfortable and almost at home. The treatment by the staff was impeccable.

I love Embassy Suites for its room size, comfort and location. Breakfast at this location wasn't as good as others -- specifically scrambled eggs and omelets. They ran out of fruit.
