The rooms were quiet and clean and accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. We enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. There was something for everyone. The location was convenient for our stay.

Horrible
We chose the Embassy Suites as our hotel on our trip to see a few Spring Training games. We travel often and have stayed at several Embassy Suites so we thought we knew what we were getting. WRONG. This hotel was a dump. The room was dirty, the...

Excellent
Everyone very friendly. Excellent service. Public computer slow but that was OK. Breakfast was well cooked and everything in the dining area was well presented. Will stay again on our next trip to Tucso - we visit frequently.

The room was much larger than expected. The breakfast was included daily at the buffet near the pool. I was not pleased that no one was monitoring the pool, and there were a lot of unattended children playing in the pool very wildly, making it unpleasant for the adults to enjoy.
We felt as thought we were people with money, because our room was very large and we had a separate large living room with microwave and refrigerator included.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Tucson - Williams Center.
I might recommend it to friends.
