I cannot complain about anything. I was only there to sleep. Everything was very nice.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was just very happy at check in. It seemed they really cared that I was there.

The rooms were comfortable. They had good employees. The hotel was close to the airport.

One thing I found that might help with a problem is that they need to mark the hotel entrance out by the road or highway 67, I think. It was hard to get to off of the interstate if you do not know where you are going. The breakfast in the morning is excellent and the entire staff was pleasant to deal with. What a great time we had in St. Louis for our daughter's seventh birthday.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff treated us with the utmost respect and took care of any need that we may have had. This is our second trip to that property and both times have been excellent.

I had a wonderful stay, everything was just as expected.

Lighting in the parking areas was not very good. Otherwise, the overall stay was fine.

The room service was sub-par. I could have gotten the same food at any fast-food joint. I did try to contact a manager to address the issue, but they never returned my calls.

They have a great cook here.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Embassy Suites made me feel relaxed because I never had to buy my breakfast and their bathroom were very clean they supplied me with what ever I needed.

I always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Also, the free full made to order breakfast and happy hour are a big plus.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: From the time I walked into the suite till I left was completely taken care of. They made sure that any special request was taken care of quickly and without question.
