This was a very pleasant stay, with a comfortable and spacious room, prompt service and helpful and friendly personnel. Although the hotel seemed full, it did not seem overcrowded.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: There was plenty of room to spread out, yet enough privacy to enjoy the comfort of the room. Although there were a lot of teens and younger children staying at the hotel, the noise level was at a minimum.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Schaumburg.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel was comfortable. The time that I did spend at the hotel was nice and comfortable.

We really enjoy this hotel, the rooms are great, the location is perfect. The hotel has a great staff and a beautiful lobby.
