Mediocre
Beautiful lobby area.Everything else, not worth the price at all. Worst Embassy Suite I have ever stayed at. Beautiful front lobby area. The rest is old and not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms smelled musty and ...
pros: RestaurantI stayed here for three weeks, and encountered problem after problem. I was traveling so I had to check in and out a few times and saw several different rooms. Two had broken AC's, one had a remote control that didn't work, in one...

The fountains and the overall inside

Excellent
The fountains and the overall inside appearance. Some of the employees did not speak English & were unable to assist us. I felt this hotel was beautiful and safe, and found the experience to be really great.

I asked for a quiet room and I was assured that that was not a problem. The room was actually right on the freeway. I asked about a bus to the airport and I was told that was not a problem. Next morning I was told they had no record about it. The person behind the desk was nice and got the driver to take me to the airport! I could have missed the plane. They were very disorganized behind the desk and it seemed like one person did not know what the other was doing.
I am not likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Santa Ana - Orange County Airport North.
I might recommend it to friends.
73 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I love the breakfast offered in the morning. It is delicious, efficient and quick. The garden area in the center of the hotel is lovely and relaxing. But the hotel restaurant food I found was not the best and quite expensive. The service was very nice.
The room was nicely decorated and it included a kitchen sink, a refrigerator and a coffee pot. This hotel has both bedrooms and living rooms giving it a homey feeling. The free breakfast offered every morning makes you feel like you have your own personal service.
I am very likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Santa Ana - Orange County Airport North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I loved the mini-fridge and microwave in the front room which had a wet bar with coffeemaker on it, coffee and the sink an dice bucket. Nothing in the mini-fridge, so you could put items you actually want in it and not worrying about moving anything and getting charged for it. There is a conveience store right next door and they can provide you with some basics if you forget to pack them. Room service was prompt and maid service did a fine job on the room.
Parking is fairly good. The pool and gym area is basic and serves its purpose for travelers. There are weights and about five tred mills. THere is a shuttle that guests may take. There is a tv in your "living room" and in the bedroom along with two nightstands, an amoir and dresser and desk. No safe in the room, but there is an Ironing board and Iron. The lobby is always empty but well maintained. the atrium has plants a water fall and terraces for some privacy. Manager open bar from I believe six pm to seven thirty pm.
Disliked not having correct smoking/non-smoking reservation when checking in, staff was not the caliber of other hotels I have stayed at i.e. Marriott or Crowne Plaza in tact or friendliness. Shower nob turned on its own if you tried to turn on hot water, so you have to watch getting scalded. Hair dyer did not work in the bathoom. No clear management. If you are on the elevator, hit the button to close the door or you will wait and wait. The hide-a-bed needs to be slept on as a couch, not a hide a bed. Not the type of neighborhood to take a stroll in and airplanes fly over constantly, but the front of the hotel is well insulated from the noise. Some rooms have balconies, that are small to none. The bar at night seems to invite all types so use prudence
Be prepared to drive if you want to go to a nice restaurant.
