Yeah, the hotel looks nice, the rooms are big and clean, parking is free, but the staff of the hotel is another story. From the front desk clerks, to the wait staff, to room service, I have never expertised such a horrible stay at any hotel. We waited over 1 hour for room service to deliver a cup of milk for our baby, the restaurant staff rolled their eyes when we asked to order more drinks on a Friday night, the night manager and security would not allow us to sit in the lobby past 12:00 am.
