Exercise room was nice. Pool was heated.Can't control heat or air in your rooms. The lobby does it for the entire hotel. It was okay. Would try a different hotel next time I was in S.F.

Being near the airport.Evening reception consisted of pretzels and chips. This stay was a disappointment. I was charged for parking and internet access.
