This hotel was ideally located near what we wanted to do and see, it had valet parking that was efficient and a staff that went out of their way to fulfill our requests. The staff did have some miscommunication that resulted in a phone call at 2 AM regarding something that had already been taken care of. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for the attention to detail, cleanliness, and especially location.

I was there for a conference and they were very helpful.

I liked our stay. I have kids and I feel secure at the facility.

This is a hotel with a great location. It's ideal for cruise ship departures.

I travel a lot for work and fun. Embassy Suites always exceeds/maintains standards.

This room was nicer than expected. We really enjoyed the room, overlooking the San Diego downtown area.

The hotel room was excellent. The cleaning staff was the greatest. The free breakfast is the best anywhere. The front desk staff left a lot to be desired. They were totally unhelpful. My room was ready over three hours later than I was promised and the front desk couldn't tell me why. The hotel manager fixed the problem and gave me and my party dinner on the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this Embassy Suites. The lobby was gorgeous, and there was a free cook-to-order breakfast that was phenomenal, as well as an hour-long open bar every evening with make-your-own Shirley Temples, etc. The rooms were large and clean, the facilities very well-kept and inviting.

This hotel made me feel excited: There were koi ponds and turtles in the lobby, which was very cool. There were also the complimentary cocktail hour and hot breakfast, which were phenomenal.

I like their hotel. I stay there a lot.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the harbor. The hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was very good. But there was no nearby parking available so I had to pay $22/day valet parking.

This hotel made me feel important: The people were all very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel had very nice quality facilities and responsive service. It was suitable for business and pleasure. It's an excellent place to take the family while on a business trip.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: There was variety of features and services available, such as Internet connection, gym, bar, and room service.

I like the split rooms with sleeping in one and visiting area and meeting space in the other. I enjoyed the buffets and the atmosphere of the center atrium area. The central location to downtown San Diego was also a plus.

I don't commit to having the same experience at other E/S as I do with this the Embassy Suites Downtown. I will continue to utilize the hotel services.
