Embassy Suites Richmond

It is always a pleasure to stay with the Embassy Suites in Richmond. I travel for my company, and sometimes when I come to richmond, the Hilton Garden is sold out so they "Have no choice" but to send me to the Embassy. Needless to say, I enjoy every second of these 'unfourtunate situations'..

I reccomend it to everyone coming to Richmond. They just finished rennovating the entire property, and it is AWESOME!

The check-in time was very fast and the general look and feel of the hotel upon arriving was okay but you got the sense that this was a older hotel. Once getting to my room I notice that my two double beds seemed a little smaller that double. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped. I am not a large person but I feel sorry for anyone that is large trying to use that bathroom. They had a sink in the bedroom which I thought was odd. They offer complimentary breakfast but after two days of struggling to get breakfast we wish we had left the hotel and paid for our breakfast. There were very long lines and limited seating during both days we had breakfast. Hotel doesn't offer mouthwash and the elevators are extremely slow. I have been to other Embassy Suites which are much much better.

It was a beautiful facility. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. It was a great hotel.

This hotel made me feel important: It was a very professional hotel. Being an unprofessional individual, I felt important being there.

It was readily accessible to the conference I attended. The parking was adequate and safe and the staff was friendly and very efficient. The room was clean.

The hotel has a great location. It is a very attractive hotel.
