The breakfast buffet and manager's evening cocktail reception were both great and great values. The foldout sofa bed was uncomfortable but the two regular beds were really good.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Portland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was not clean. There were holes in the bedding. Something jutted out of the bed and injured one of my family members. It took long periods of time for the telephone to be answered at the front desk.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Portland.
I might recommend it to friends.

It is a great hotel, they have large suites, and a good staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have a good check-in desk, and provide good service.

The hotel is well located in a quiet spot that is close to the airport, major highways and shopping malls. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet and the evening happy hour are out of this world.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They supplied cards for a card game. The bartender at happy hour was very friendly and the service was quick.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Portland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
