The rooms are clean, staff is curteous. Lobby is very pretty with palms and tropical environment. Nice, homey, yet luxorious feel to this under-rated hotel.

I received very poor directions to the hotel. I had to change rooms due to a broken air conditioner. The construction in the hotel did not allow you to use all of the elevators and I had to walk around the entire hotel to get from the elevator to the room. I was not impressed with the service.

I love this hotel, it is so nice. The people are friendly, rooms are large, and the decor is pretty. The location is easy to get to and is not too far from restaurants. The hotel restaurant is pricey and my last experience was not great. Our waiter mislead us about the menu, served us half bowls of soup, and was snooty. We spoke to the manager who looked at our lack of soup and brought us new, filled bowls. So the matter was handled well in the end, but that waiter seemed to have an attitude. That is the only thing off out of the two or three times I have stayed there over the past ten years.

This hotel is great. The rooms comfortably accommodate more than two people so we can triple. It's one of the nicer reasonably-priced places to stay with great group rates.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was large and the breakfast was great.
