Embassy Suites Phoenix Scottsdale

I was there for a conference. I called early to book and they told me the rooms were gone. I booked a double, got there, and had a single. I showed them my reservation and I was guaranteed a double so they moved me. I think they wanted to keep their best rooms open in case. Once all this was resolved, they were excellent.

This hotel made me feel respected: I had daily problems with my room key. It kept uncharging. They graciously gave me a new room key every time I left the room without question.

Overall, the stay was good, I just did not like the location of the first room that was assigned so I had to move three times.

The hotel was satisfactory.

It was a very nice place and I really enjoyed it. My only problem was with the check out and that was corrected.
