56 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Room had fleas ( pet friendly) and toilet flushed every 15 minutes all night. They stuck us on the heavy traffic side so the fleas, flushings and heavy truck traffic kept us up all night. Poor choice. They did cut our morning bill in half after MUCH

We stayed at this Embassy Suites because it was centrally situated for our trip. The neighborhood isn't ritzy, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable, with frig & two tv's. Stay on the 3rd or 4th floor...

My husband and I stay at Embassy Suites all the time and this has to be the worst stay we have experienced. The room was not ready until an hour after check in. We had to sit in the lobby and wait with two angry toddlers who really needed a nap. ...

Room accomodations are very good. Security is excellent. Front desk staff was helpful with all my question. Only recommendation is to request a room on the opposite side of 44th St. Traffic is busy all night long and made it difficult to sleep....

This is an old hotel that needs to be remodeled. The photos on their website are not accurate. Rooms smell, walls need painting, loud air conditioners, beds are lousy. This place will remind you of a low budget motel. Front desk clerks will go...
