42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The hotel has a great location. The staff needs training in customer service. The rooms were clean but the air conditioner was not working and the staff refused to address the problem.
I am not likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Phoenix - Airport at 24th Street.
I would not recommend it to friends.
