Horrible
The rooms had a horrible stench. We were moved twice. The pool and the hardscape around it was severely cracked and broken. The pool was utterly disgusting and in need of much repair. The coping around the pool was also severely cracked and broken...

Okay
We wanted to celebrate my grandson's 7th birthday before heading to Arizona so we thought the Embassy Suites would be roomy. To our surprise, my daughter-in-law stepped on a dead water bug in the bedroom. Later, my son killed an enormous water bug...

You know what to expect at any Embassy Suites hotel. You always receive a spacious room. The arrival is always welcomed with an open bar to unwind and breakfast is regularly served in the morning. You do not have to go any where else once you get to the hotel.
I am very likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Palm Desert.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We had previously stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel in LaJolla and it was a beautiful hotel. We wanted a short weekend trip to the desert and found an Embassy Suites hotel so we reserved a room there. However, that one, while comfortable and clean, was nothing like the one in La Jolla.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Palm Desert.
I might recommend it to friends.

This site did meet our expectations. In fact, it is probably a slight cut above the traditional Embassy Suites as it has a higher level of concierge services and has an 18-hole putting green on-site. Of course, it has the typical pool/spa which is a must in the desert.
The rooms are traditional Embassy Suite style and are roomy with a good sense of space. We had a two room suite and didn't feel like we were tripping on top of each other at all. We like it for the kitchen options, two rooms and a main family style room.
We like the location too as it is literally in the heart of everything the desert has to offer (shopping/dining/golf/entertainment). A must is the weekend flea market which is supposedly one of the best in the nation. It's not a real "flea" market. Everything is new and some of the vendors have the most amazing and unique items.
This Embassy Suites is also a great bargain for the space you get. Its a true value without compromising on any comfort and cleanliness.
