I would return to this hotel, it offered everything I needed. The only downfall was I accidentally selected a smoking room and when I arrived asked to be moved to a non smoking room and the only thing they could offer me was a handicap room. I will ...
42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I arrived at 7:00 pm and I had requested a high floor, and they told me that they only had third floor rooms. So I get to the room and I scrubbed mold off both A/C vents, but everything else was good. I did take a walk and noticed mostly empty rooms on the floors above me.
The next morning at 8:30 am I heard a loud "Bang, bang, bang, bang" while they were installing new tack boards for a rug in the room above me. That wasn't the problem, the problem was the attitude of the manager’s assistant. It was more that I was disrupting their renovations, as to them ruining my morning movie.
I checked out today 01/15/07 not to return again. I assume renovations will be going on for some time. So I would find another lodge. The buffet isn't what it used to be. They’ve had cutbacks, the bartender was nice, though.
