All of my past experiences have be GREAT, but this stay was shockingly surpriseing. The sounds of running water never ceased (even though we contacted the front desk) I was given a room away from the ice machine, elevator and noise, however "I forgot to ask that the inside noises of running water from the bathtub into the gruggling drain in the tub be eliminated. Lisa states "I did my part" but did she? She promised I'd be the first on the list for repairs the next morning,,, No One showed!!! At such an expensive room rate I thought they'd offer me (and my son -- who stayed in another room --- but I had to invade his privicy from time to time in order to ,,,,,forget it ,,, I traveled to long to my family reunion to be disappointed in a five star hotel.

I just called to get a rate and availability on a room and the girl that answered was very short and rude! When asking the rates and if there was anything special about the suites...."$139. Nope."Will not be staying at this hotel!

Hotel definitely needs razing and a new building! We were told recently that it was totally remodeled..not so! Also during our stay in December '08 we found roaches running rampant in bathroom, down drains, etc. Staff only apologized. Only good thi

The location is easily accessible. It is a favorite of mine. All the amenities and the staff make for a very pleasant stay. I recommend it highly for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
