It was a nice location for our vacation for golfing. The hotel held a nightly manager’s reception with free appetizers and cocktails, which was a great way to wind down the day.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everyone at the hotel was friendly to my wife and me. Every time we came and left during our stay, the staff would wish us well and check to see if there was anything we needed.

The hotel was a little older than I expected but it was very nice. The breakfast was excellent as was the manager's reception. The only problem was that they were not prepared for a full hotel at breakfast and the wait was unbelievable.

It’s a very nice property. The manager’s reception is fantastic! They have an excellent cook to order breakfast in the morning. They have clean, comfortable suites.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Manager on duty was present and was mingling with the guests and conversing and was very accommodating and friendly.

I liked everything, except for the beer choices for happy hour and the large party that was there made me uncomfortable late at night in the parking lot due to the amount of individuals roaming the area.

This hotel made me feel welcome: From the time we checked in they were there to meet all our needs. Happy hour bartenders were friendly, breakfast services was fast and well done, driving directions were on hand and correct.

It has a good location and service. The housekeeping staff came too early. The breakfast was excellent! I was not happy that the internet service was not complimentary.

I love this hotel. It is competitively priced with extras you would normally pay more for. They are always beautifully decorated with lots of plants and they have friendly prompt service.

The noise from other guest activities was unbearable. The manager's reception was not posted. The front exit doors would not open on one occasion. The elevators were inadequate to handle the number of guests. It was beyond the standards of the chain. I will not go back there.

This hotel made me feel hip: The tropical paradise theme was very modern and relaxing. You didn't feel like you were in the middle of a big city. It was like taking a mini vacation just by walking in the door!

It is a beautiful hotel with lots of interior upgrades. The pool was noisy because of the waterfall. The food was good. It needs internet access though. It was a very enjoyable hotel to stay at.

This hotel made me feel excited: The hotel's interior was open and had a large atrium. The river had fish and turtles which was great for the children to play with. My young child was very excited.

This is a very well customer focused facility. The hotel staff is very helpful. The restaurant has a limited menu but food quality is excellent. It is only minutes from Cincinnati via I-71.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Being a diamond Honors member, they have a nice fruit and water selection waiting in the room. The rooms are all suites with very comfortable beds. Excellent cookies are made every day and are free.

The location was in a perfect area for sightseeing with my children. The front desk service for help and directions was above expectation, the clerk was extremely helpful. The free appetizer and drinks were wonderful and the bartender was very nice to my three year old child. The quality of the service was wonderful.

The hotel was just so-so. The staff was quiet.

It was hard to find. However, everything else was great.

The bar needs to stay open later. This place is right near a comedy club and it would be nice to be able to have a few drinks a little later

The housekeeper wasn't very friendly. But the pool and the bar by the pool was great. All of it was clean and very convenient. Our room was very nice and we could look out the window and see the pool and the bar. The people overall were very polite and very helpful. We just had that one problem with the housekeeper.
