Embassy Suites Memphis - Page 1

Rooms were really clean and food was great. Atrium area is nice. Parking lot is a different world. What appears to be a safe haven is really not. My truck was broken into and $600 of tools was stolen. This is on file with the Memphis P.D. My wife and I had to walk through the middle of a transaction between a group of people that were gathered at the side of the hotel and a car that was passing thru. When the theft occurred I was parked in front. I reported this and was informed that there was no cameras there. A Memphis P.D. officer informed me that these types of activities happen alot there. Hotel officials deny this. Be careful where you stay.

The rooms were very comfortable, the ambience was serene and quiet and the food was excellent.

This hotel made me feel secure: All the rooms are inside, there is no outside entrance to the rooms and there is always some employee available.

The room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was more than expected and the weekend brunch was to made to order and comprehensive and terrific. It was close to everything and we loved it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and warm and provided us great choices for Bar-B-Q as well as directions. The water and ducks were inviting in the middle of the lobby.

There is a problem in parking for the handicapped.

This hotel made me feel content: It was a very enjoyable stay.

The complimentary meals were very nice and the glass elevators were cool. We did have a bathroom issue, but I did not think that was the fault of the hotel. They handled it quickly and efficiently.
