The Embassy Suites in McAllen is an OK place to stay. The one probelm is the band noise. If you turn on the fan in your room, it basically drowns out the noise. But this is a problem. Also, when wwe were there, one elevator was out of service...
52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The glass table found in all the rooms was not conducive for a laptop. The air conditioning unit blew on you and there was no way to adjust it. The restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food served.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Embassy Suites McAllen.
I might recommend it to friends.

This was a terrible hotel. Business center computers did not work, air only worked in living area, vending machine took my money with no soda, bed was extremely hard, loud music in bar echoed through the atrium, room service was BAD. I travel alot...

The service was bad, our suite was never cleaned throughout our stay. The food was below average. For the rating online and Prices they charge to stay, alot more was expected and should have been offered.
