Embassy Suites Lubbock

We had stayed in the Embassy Suite years ago and it had been awful. After reading new reviews we decided to try again. I will say that the room was clean and very nice. The hotel lobby was lovely. The breakfast was wonderful.

Our only complaint is with the front desk. We left home at 4 am for a flight to Lubbock. I called at 9 am to see if it would be possible to have an early check-in. I was hoping to get in an hour or two early. I was told I could check back at 1 pm. Long story short they refused to let me get in the room early. In fact, the rooms weren't "released" until 3 pm. Then suddenly all the rooms were available.

I was inconvenienced for their convenience. The front desk staff was curt and not interested in being helpful. We won't stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay there. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful. The location was close to my business.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The staff took care of all my needs and they were very helpful with making my stay comfortable.

I was pleased with the over all experience. There was a mix up during check in but it was quickly resolved. We did not know that we couldn't serve birthday cake in the atrium without paying extra. The personnel were unaware as well. They offered to let us rent a banquet hall if we chose to.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The whole atmosphere was soothing. The lobby had a pond and waterfall that just made you feel at ease.

It was beautiful and big. We love the Embassy Suites hotels. The price was misquoted, we were charged more, but the hotel fixed it.

The front desk help was incredible, very nice and helpful.
