The hotel was outstanding. I spend a great deal of time around the country in various hotels. This Embassy Suites does a great job in the housekeeping of the rooms. The common areas are well maintained and tastefully decorated.
Their greatest difference is the outstanding service provided by the people. This started with a greeting whether arriving or leaving. The pleasantness of the front desk staff or the friendly warmth of the people at the Breakfast Area.

The hotel did an outstanding job taking care of all our needs while staying there. I cannot remember a time where I did not have at least one complaint. I have none. The staff was professional and helpful. From the morning breakfast staff to the wonderful desk staff. The hotel was clean. The exercise room was well equipt and clean.

The room was very plain, not as ritzy as in the other Embassy Suites hotels I have stayed in. The pool was out of order, it was very hot outside and my kids were very disappointed.
