The front desk staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking questions. They acted like they were too busy to help us. The bar staff was unprepared and understaffed. The managing bartender gave us free drinks because we were waiting so long.
This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because it was in a safe neighborhood and there were always lots of people around. There were security guards around and not once did I fear for my safety.
