You almost feel like any employee who is not friendly, helpful and cheerful is quickly fired at this hotel. EVERYONE is happy to see you! One example is: at breakfast my 2nd day an employee recognized me from the previous day & asked if she could prepare a tray to take up to my room because she noticed my husband was not with me :) Very thoughtful!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and even though we forgot to remove our do not disturb tag from the door and they could not make up our room, they left a note saying they tried three different times to do it. If we wanted it cleaned they would left us a number to call. The hotel had a very accommodating staff!
The way everyone treated us made us feel important. Even in the restaurant, during the morning buffet, the cooks were very friendly to all the customers.
