I love the one in NYC. It's quiet and beautiful. I have stayed there twice, and I look forward to my next visit.

Overall, this was a very nice hotel. We stay there frequently. But it did really bother me that they ran out of extra blankets. It was about 10 degrees outside and we were traveling with kids.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: We like the suite set-up. Our kids were happy there. However, they did run out of blankets which I thought was terrible.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were employees at front door and open layout of rooms. You could see from the lobby up to the roof. Rooms were set in a circle and most rooms were visible from the lower levels.

It was great that they added the business center and the computers in the main lobby so I could keep up with work while on vacation with my family. This wasn't available in 2001 when we had our family reunion.
This hotel made me feel extravagent: I wanted hot cocoa for breakfast and a chef came over to me just to make me some nice cocoa during a very busy breakfast rush. They also they allowed to me take a drink up from the bar to our room for my mother when she was too tired to come down herself.
