Okay
52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I love Embassy Suites hotels. At the last one I stayed in for four nights, I was pleased as always. I wish there is one everywhere I may happen to be staying overnight.
I was welcomed immediately. The hotel has a very friendly staff. They told me to call the desk if I needed anything. They served a very good complimentary breakfast.
I am very likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Hot Springs - Hotel & Spa.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location is great and central to everything in Hot Springs. Labor Day Weekend is usually too packed because of all of the family reunions that are held there at that time of year. The morning breakfast buffet is usually an unpleasant experience when all of these visitors are there, because they are normally rude, inconsiderate and self serving. Everything that my family desired or wanted from the hotel was available. We ordered room service and the food was excellent. At the breakfast buffet, the staff was very courteous and kind when dealing with our needs.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Embassy Suites Hot Springs - Hotel & Spa.
I might recommend it to friends.
