Embassy Suites Hot Springs

I can't see where anyone could complain about anything in this hotel.

We originally booked a room at the Arlington the same room we had stayed in 23 years before on our honeymoon but when we returned from a day of shopping it was over 80 degrees in the room when mentioning this to personnel we were told "Sorry, that is just how it is at this hotel."

We were very fortunate to get a room at the Embassy Suites on such short notice and there was no comparison. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything you could think of that you wanted was there. I am in love with the silky bedding. The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet, wow! We could not have been happier with our stay and are looking forward to going back! Thanks Embassy Suites!

The spa in the hotel was wonderful. They offered great massage service. The room service was very good and prompt. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable. It is a great hotel. I would recommend it.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I had a lovely day relaxing in the room, reading by the pool and getting a massage. I wanted to get away to relax and I felt very relaxed after the weekend.

I love Embassy Suites hotels. At the last one I stayed in for four nights, I was pleased as always. I wish there is one everywhere I may happen to be staying overnight.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was welcomed immediately. The hotel has a very friendly staff. They told me to call the desk if I needed anything. They served a very good complimentary breakfast.
