60 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The air conditioning unit quit working during the night. They were unable to repair it. The room was complimentary so I left satisfied.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Greystone.
I might recommend it to friends.

We were very pleased with the breakfasts included with our stay and with the manager's reception every evening. I was there for a conference and everything was well planned, laid out and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The suite was comfortable and mostly quiet.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Greystone.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I was truly impressed with my stay at Embassy Suites. Talk about polite, friendly, quick service! The breakfast and manager's happy hour were awesome! It's a great value!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms are laid out very nicely. I enjoyed the sitting room immensely.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Greystone.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

19 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It's a very good location within Columbia, right on the edge of the USC campus. The service was good and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. Everything went smoothly at check-out and check-in.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Greystone.
I might recommend it to friends.

I disliked the rude manager and the incorrect reservation. However, they had better rooms than the average hotel. The hotel was in a convenient location.
