68 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I had check out problems. I paid cash when I arrived and they charged my credit card. It took two months to fix the problem!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Embassy Suites Flagstaff.
I might recommend it to friends.

68 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The location was right on our way and we did not have to search for it. The suite was very well furnished and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our computer was not working and they allowed us to use the hotels computer to pickup our e-mail.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were greeted in a friendly manner and given the staff member's name as we approached the front desk. We were told about the services they offered as well as the location of the services.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Flagstaff.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They have very comfortable beds.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The rooms were secure and comfortable. It was like being at home.

I am very likely to return to the Embassy Suites Flagstaff.
