The lighting did not work in the room, the remote control did not work correctly. I had problems with the internet connection, although I did get it credited off my bill.

The hotel was better and less expensive than nearby competitors. The free breakfast was excellent and the happy hour was very appreciated. The atmosphere is very comfortable and classy. I love the fountain and stream.

This hotel made me feel content: The Embassy Suites made me feel like I made the right decision when deciding between them and the many other hotels in the area. I don't feel cheated out of money.

I had difficulty finding it after leaving the highway. The comfort and service was superb. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I suggest that anyone going to Syracuse stay there in spite of the cost. It is a fabulous experience.

Everything was fine. But we stayed in a room off the highway -- it very loud and our friends in the adjoining room did not sleep all night.

I love the hotel and how it is set up, but dislike the place it is located. It is right next to the thruway and it can be very noisy if you are on that side.

It was very good, as Embassy Suites have always been for us. The location was okay. I could have gotten closer with a cheaper hotel but we like Embassy Suites.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. They have excellent room service. The manager's cocktail reception was a nice surprise, and the bartenders were very friendly.

The service, quality of food, and quality of the room were outstanding. I would highly recommend this to other business travelers.
