Embassy Suites East Syracuse

Everything was fine on my stay there.

This hotel's lobby is a fun jungle of plants, streams, rocks, and space. The breakfast buffet is definitely a couple steps above the average.

The room rate very high compared to most Embassy Suites hotels I have stayed in. The remote control was sticky and the volume control was not working. The room did not appear well cleaned. I had problems with the internet service although a refund was given after I complained.

They promised internet access that was never available. I was told my reservation was canceled on the night I arrived. I was billed for free internet access.

The breakfast was definitely above normal, with plenty of healthy, protein-rich foods for my diabetic wife. The hotel had a nice location right off the expressway. The kids loved the theme park. I liked the lobby, with its plants and pools.
