The room was well appointed. The ambience in the lobby was good. I liked the popcorn during happy hour.

The complimentary breakfast and the open bar with snacks were very good. The location was very convenient to the toll road.

The night clerk was abrupt and unfriendly. The day desk clerk was extraordinarily helpful. I badly needed a nighttime snack, but none was available in the gift shop.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay completely until check out. One of the desk staff made a derogatory comment to another and I was thoroughly offended. I replied and they offered apologies. But it was too late.

I loved everything and the staff except for one thing. We had a hockey team stay and came back from our game for the kids to swim. The pool was closed for a private birthday party. This is inexcusable! We paid for that stay and have full rights to the usage of the property.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff treated all guests as VIPs.

Their staff is well trained. The rooms were a little threadbare, but their service levels were acceptable. Their restaurant was typical for an Embassy Suites. The manager's reception was well organized, but no real food was served.

The hotel was convenient to the airport. The room was comfortable. When I travel I prefer to stay at Embassy Suite hotels because of the consistency in providing good rooms and service.

The hotel provides good service. Wi-Fi is available. But no passenger elevators were operational on the day of departure.

It's a brand new hotel, with nice amenities. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon 'Manager's Reception'. It is located close to Dulles Airport, and very easy to get to. However, it is difficult to get out of the parking lot heading toward Dulles, due to having to cross two lanes of heavy traffic with no light to help.

The Embassy Suites is a consistently good brand - with reliably pleasant lobbies and personnel, and reliably consistent food and drink. I feel safe as a woman in any room in the place.

They did not come to make up the room and they did not clean up after the toilet overflowed, even when we asked them for more towels.
