The Easter buffet was a real bomb. It was $450 for 11 people and horrible service.
We had to ask for everything we needed including drinks i.e. coffee, iced tea and the dishes were never cleared from one serving to the next, we had to do it ourselves then you had the nerve to add a $70 tip onto the bill. It was very upsetting to all of us, also the table was only set up for nine when we arrived and they had to add two more settings which was a disaster, we would never attend anything at your hotel again!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the hotel shuttle but the hotel manager reimbursed us for the cost of the taxi.

The shuttle van driver did not arrive after waiting over fifty-five minutes. However, the manager on duty immediately reimbursed the cab fare. A rental car is needed for sightseeing.
Greeted us immediately and every time they saw me they greeted me and recognized me as a hotel guest.
