Embassy Suites Dublin

The hotel has a very convenient location. I have stayed there several times before and I have always received good service.

I had a clean room. I loved the birds in the little lagoon! The kids liked having pizza delivered to the room. They served great breakfast, though the area was too crowded. The pool was murky and small. The workout room was barely adequate. The front desk staff could have been a lot friendlier. I was exhausted, having driven all day and I just wanted to get to my room! They did not smile and they made a huge hassle out of small things. If I have another bad experience with the employees of Embassy Suites hotels I will not go back. For me, friendly, respectful customer service outweighs everything else.

The location was perfect for the business I was on. The room was as comfortable as I had expected from previous stays in other Embassy properties. It was a wonderful experience.

I like the suite set up and the ability to be both comfortable and professional in my own room. I like the mini-kitchen, though I never seem to use it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk clerk was conscious in using my name and greeting me.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were made up early in the day. The breakfast buffet was very good. One evening it was very noisy.
