The hotel staff were very pleasant when checking in, however, I am an HH Diamond member. The hotel is undergoing a significant renovation so I have taken that into account. If you are a NON SMOKER, do not even think about eating in the restaurant....

I have went to this hotel on 3 differnt occassions. Each time their services was wonderful. I had no problems. I would highly recommend this hotel for serveral different event.
The front desk staff were not, shall we say, friendly. I travel a lot and I usually don't have to wait for three front desk people to finish a conversation before they decide to check me in. And this wasn't the only time. My company has...

The check in was very slow. The room needed to be redone as it was well used. The mattress needed to be replaced as it sagged. The food was not good the first day and the hotel was overwhelmed and understaffed. The staff was very friendly.

The sign is hard to see from the street. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
Our check in was very quick and easy. Our names were on a sign in the lobby, welcoming us as preferred guests. There was a fruit tray in the room when we arrived.
