It looks like a very classy hotel when you walk inside, with all of the water fountains, and it makes you feel like you're staying at a hotel that is more upper-class than some others.

We stayed during the state fair, so it was very busy. We did not get the service we expected. Our room was not cleaned well and there was a huge crowd at breakfast that didn't leave much food for us.
