The hotel was fine.

The bar needs to be open longer.

The breakfast there was fine, lunch was okay, but the dinner is absolutely terrible. They need to fix that. Everything else is fine there.

It’s in an excellent location however some rooms overlook the garbage and or street.

It is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful service and excellent rooms, but it has a very poor cafe!

The location is excellent and the view is nice. It's great to have a kitchen in the room. I'd like to see more takeout and delivery menus available from the concierge. The elevators can be a little slow, so find the stairs if you're on a low floor.

A couple of things to be aware of at this hotel, I stayed here for four nights then had to move, as it is nowhere near the usual standards of Embassy Suites.

1. This hotel got hit badly by hurricane Rita and they are only just now doing something about it.

2. The newly refurbished 244 all-suite rooms have not yet been refurbished - the hotel could not show me one room that had been done.

3. There is work going on Mon-Fri to the 7th floor, where the "best" rooms allegedly are.

4. Why the Hilton Group has taken so long to get around to the refurbish defeats me - they really should close this place and do it up - rather than expecting their guests to pay usual prices $180 - $350 per room for substandard accommodations.

I loved the great breakfast.

Embassy Suites is a very nice hotel; I have stayed there many times before. They seemed to be a little short-staffed and also seemed to give less snacks at the cocktail hour. The hotel will be due for a renovation soon. It's still nice, but getting a little dated. It wasn't as great as usual, but the pool staff is great, as are most of the staff. But they could have some evening activities.

I enjoyed my stay; it was probably the nicest motel that I ever had the privilege of staying in. Thanks.

This hotel made me feel important: The employees are just very attentive.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The concern of the staff, especially the chamber maid, made us feel pampered.

It was our daughter's wedding and it was the most relaxing experience after a hectic wedding.

This hotel made me feel welcome: When we arrived, after a 12-hour travel, we were welcomed to our room with a gift package from our hostess (our daughter), and the hotel staff made us feel very important.
