Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach - Page 1

Just came back last Sunday and my daughter and myself had a great time. If you want a relaxing beach vacation this is the place. The hotel is very clean, and as I sat on my balcony each morning as I watched the sun rise over the water, I saw the pool area, being cleaned and everything was spotless. Our rooms were cleaned every day early in the day so we didn't come back from the beach to a filthy room. Loved the cooked to order breakfast each morning, served till 10:30 so you could sleep late. The Manager's Complimentary happy hour was very nice as well. Everyone was so friendly. I also loved there were no additional charges for use of beach chairs and umbrellas. I'm going back. It was my second vist to an Embassy Suites in 1 year. The other visit was in LaJolla, California. Suites were smaller but still a very good experience.

It was a great hotel. They had a wonderful breakfast. It was really quiet and laid back. It is more for older people.

We had a room on the oceanside and it was beautiful. I loved the daily happy hour and the wonderful breakfast. Everything imaginable was available to you.

This hotel made me feel practical: It is a wonderful hotel at a great value. There are always fun people to associate with and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

It was good value for the price with full breakfast and happy hour every day. The staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. The lobby is beautiful. I was disappointed in the small beach area. I rented two rooms both ocean front. One with two double beds looked out over the pool area with no balcony. One with a king bed had a balcony and it was definitely ocean front. There was no room available with a balcony, a true ocean front and double beds. The price difference between the king suite and the double bed suite was minimal. We would have gone for the king and pull out couch if we had know that. That was a disappointment. Overall the experience was pleasant. The most positive asset is their great staff.

This hotel made me feel respected: The desk staff always noticed us right away. The pool staff made every effort to ensure our comfort. All our questions were readily answered with no hint of snobbery.

I had a difficulty finding the parking. The complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast were excellent and very efficient. The rooms, particularly the beds and showers were very pleasant.
