Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field - Page 1

We are Dallas Cowboys season ticket holders and travel to Dallas every year for a Cowboys game. We always stay at Embassy Suites because of the cooked to order breakfast and the wonderful rooms. We decided to give Love Field a try as it is so centrally located and I liked the hotels website. The indoor pool and workout room were ideal. The staff were great upon check in and we enjoyed both the free breakfast and free drinks at happy hour. However, imagine our surprise to find our rental car window had been smashed in while in their parking lot - just a few yards from the front door of the hotel! The hotel staff was apologetic, however, very clear they have no liability nor responsibility. After a little digging, we were the 10th break in in 6 months. Their own security guard stated all the break ins happen between 9-11 because he gets on at 11:00. To top it all off, we were then stranded after the Monday night game with my children as well as about 20 other hotel guests because their driver left work at midnight and the game ran late. We will never stay at this location again!

The hotel had a convenient location and friendly service.

They had comfortable pillows. It’s convenient to the airport. I love the breakfast.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Embassy Suites made me feel at ease because of the quiet lobby. There was no rush or complications.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and I felt secure.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I had not previously stayed in an Embassy Suites hotel and I was unsure what to expect. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very approachable and helpful. My only complaint was the amount of children running around the hotel making noise and yelling throughout the lobby and lounge areas.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was formal, but not stuffy. The hotel bar was elegant but not overly prim.
