Upon arrival, my husband noticed they had a sign announcing him as guest of the day. Even though we used rewards points to stay they went the extra mile and upgraded us to a penthouse suite. We had a wonderful view and great customer service from the entire staff. We were going to pay for one of our nights and because some one disturbed us the night before the comped the night we were going to pay for with out having to be asked. Now to get that at a hotel that also provides breakfast every morning, I think is very, very good.
